We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order. If you received a damaged or defective item, please check out our Order Problems page.

All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.

 

Keep the following in mind:

  • Check which items are eligible for return below
  • You will not be able to start a return until your order is in transit
  • Hold onto your return tracking #, we can’t look up your return without it
  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can’t accept your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit

If you are receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional three to five business days to process your return fully and issue your refund.

Please note that in order for us to process a refund or a return the customer must send an email to us, our customer service representatives will be more than happy to assist you with this query.
